GLASS HOUSE
Situated in the heart of Glass House is a bold expression of biophilic minimalism, where architecture and nature exist in seamless harmony. Despite its compact footprint of less than 200 square metres, the villa makes a dramatic statement through its masterful use of transparency, geometric precision and a striking sense of openness.
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and an expansive glass ceiling dissolve boundaries, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. Natural light floods the interiors, increasing the villa’s spatial depth, immersing its occupants in the surrounding landscape. The carefully defined geometric structure imparts a sense of solidity and sophistication, ensuring that the design feels both grounded and airy.
At the heart of the villa’s design is its raised skylight ceiling, a signature feature that heightens the perception of the space, creating an ambience that feels far beyond its physical scale. This architectural element not only enhances the villa’s airy ambience, but also serves as a sculptural focal point, subtly shaping the rhythm of the interior.
Glass House reimagines luxury on a small scale, proving that minimalism can be both bold and inviting, with every detail carefully considered to celebrate openness, light and a close connection with nature.
